ESIA manual for biomass power plants in Vietnam

Provided technical assistance for the development of a guidance manual for preparing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) as a part of the financing cycle for biomass power plants in Vietnam.  Project was sponsored by GIZ in Vietnam, and implemented with national partner EPro Consulting.
